This was my second stay at Joaco's apartment and it was great. The apt is very comfortable and our host again welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a small Christmas tree : ) The large outdoor patio is a nice feature which we were able to use even in December as the days were pretty warm. I would be happy to stay at Joaco's again anytime.

This was our first visit to Houston and we enjoyed our stay very much. With a comfortable living room and kitchen, master bedroom and large bath, and a smaller bedroom/den and second bath, the apartment is perfect for two (or more). We used the large outdoor patio a little and would have done more if the weather had been warmer. There's also a nice pool for hot weather use. We found that there were some shops and restaurants not far away, so it was a very walkable neighborhood—not true of all parts of Houston. Joaco was a perfect host – a bottle of wine and a little Christmas tree decorated for us were very nice touches. We highly recommend this attractive apartment and generous host.

I cannot say enough good things about Joaco and his apartment. The apartment is lovely with a large living area, two bathrooms and a huge outdoor patio. We spend many afternoons our there enjoying the October sunshine. Joaco was a wonderful host. He left us a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. He was most accommodating when we had a change of plans and had to extend our stay several more nights. We are very appreciative for his hospitality and flexibility. If we ever find our selves in Houston again we will most definitely stay here if we can.
