Other things to note
Friends,

The COVID 19 situation has impacted us all. I share some the same disappointments of postponed or canceled weddings, graduations, holidays, family reunions and so many other cherished spring activities this year.

That said, Airbnb has come up with a number of guidelines and suggestions to reassure you that there are still opportunities to have a fun, safe getaway at the Cottage at Cold Harbor thanks to the private ‘social distanced’ nature of the property.

Here’s some of the details -

The Cottage is 3-bedroom, 2-bath free standing unit and is located 100-feet from a second Main House on the Cold Harbor point grounds.

The Cottage has two private entries immediately next to the building with self-admit lockbox access at the front entrance.

It is a totally self-contained, two-story unit with private balconies on each floor.

Meanwhile, the Main House down the hill from the Cottage has full-time private residents (retired couple) while the downstairs/walkout Garden Suite is another Airbnb unit. Each has separate parking and private entrances more than 100-feet from yours, as well as their own deck spaces more than 150-feet from yours.

Finally, the grounds at Cold Harbor are large enough to isolate your group for picnics, yard games, fishing, sunset viewing and camp fires (The Cottage has its own fire pit)

Most importantly, all Cold Harbor units strive to achieve/surpass the COVID 19 Cleaning Guides established by Airbnb on March 20, 2020. (for more information, see airbnb.com.)

The pandemic is not going to last forever. In the meantime, know you can still safely and confidently reserve The Cottage at Cold Harbor now, for later this year, and into 2021.

Stay safe all. Hope to see you soon.
