Tropical Living at it's best
The villa is located on a plateau overlooking the North Coast of Bali and Lovina Bay, where the calm waters are ruffled by afternoon breezes and every sunset is a photo opportunity. Lovina beach is a coastal area on the northwestern side of the island of Bali, Indonesia. It is becoming more popular with tourists but remains far quieter than the tourist hotspots of the island's south side. The stunning view is truly one of a kind experience that you can't quite get in other properties in the busy city center.
The Lovina Bay area offers plenty options for activities such as: snorkeling, Dolphin watching trips on local outrigger boats, Hot springs, and excursions to lakes, waterfalls, and into coffee plantations –to taste freshly roasted coffee, and nightlife in Lovina.
This modern, comfortable villa offers space that could accommodate 10 people. It comes with 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. With such space, it is a great rental space for big families, groups, or even use it to host a seminar. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room and plenty of lounge areas for rest and relax. There is also a big outdoor pool with deck on both sides in the center of the building or complex. The services that we provide include:
- Free WiFi
- Car Park area
- Entertainment room with DVD and flatscreen TV
- Landscape Garden
With the price it is indeed a great value for money place for your vacation in Bali. Feel free to message me if you have any further enquiries about the villa.
I stayed at this house for a couple of nights, but in the end decided to stay in the centre of Ubud with my friends.
The house itself is simple and everything is there. Franks communication was good and so was that of their caretaker, who came and met me with my taxi driver and gave me the keys.
The house is quite out of the way, certainly not in any touristy area! It is also surrounded by other houses in a village, which is of course, normal for Bali. And there are chickens next door who make a bit of noise, but again, this is normal for Bali too!
The host was very helpful and tried to do his best to support us. We had exchanged a lot of emails before I decided to stay here. He was always quisk in response. He was kind enought to find me a maid and gave me a lot of information how to obtain organic food in Bali.
There were two houses at the same location. I used only one house with kitchen and a large livingroom as only the bed in larger house had a mosquitonet. The bed was large enough for me to sleep with two kids.
I loved the flowers in the garden. We enjoyed the outdoor living space with a couch. The couches inside the larger house under the windows were very useful and relaxing too.
The electricity, gas and internet were not included. You'd better ask him how to deal with these things when you arrive there.
You need a car or bike to go to Ubud. The village was very small and the local people were very kind. You can experience the real Balinese life if you make friends with them. We visited almost all houses in the village in one month!
Thank you Frank for your understanding and support. We will come back here again!
