This is a new modern style home with 1 bedroom, a private entrance, 1 restroom/shower and a small kitchen. Our neighbor is very safe and quiet. The rental is a house within a house, but blocked by a locked door for your privacy.

-Kettle

The space
You will have your own private entrance in front of the house with 1 reserved parking space on the left half of our driveway. The bathroom has a side door, leading to a beautiful back yard.

Please always accompany your small children because there is an open koi pond without barriers.
Please do not feed the koi or toss rocks in our pond!!

Guest access
You will have access to 1 bedroom in our guesthouse. You may access our backyard through the side door in the bathroom.

A second bedroom door within the guest house will be locked and unoccupied. You are booking for 1 bedroom under this listing. We have a 2 bedroom option for this same guesthouse under my name. If interested, please refer to that listing!
