It's a one bedroom apartment on the first floor of a quadplex located in historic Argenta. The vibe of the apartment is eclectic and cozy with lots of natrual light. The neighborhood is friendly, safe and quiet but also walking distance from downtown Argenta and downtown Little Rock where you'll find restaurants, bars, local breweries, venues, boutiques, Simmons Arena, park, Clinton Library, Heifer International HQ, and much more!

The space
Funky and colorful but not cluttered. Full kitchen with new appliances - completely equipped with cookware. Funky black and white tile bathroom with antique claw-foot tub/shower. I live in the aparmtnent upstairs if you need any tips on where to eat/what to do/anything!

Great walking/bike paths nearby including a walking bridge to downtown Little Rock. Walking distance to Simmons arena and Dickey-Stephens baseball park. Farmers markets in Argenta and downtown Little Rock on Saturdays.
