This old - stone builded - farmhouse has been respectfully renovated few years ago. It is located on a 2 hectars property, 28 Km south from Essaouira, in the heart of the Berber country, surrounded by argan and olive trees.
Working with families of the area, we cultivate and process our products (Argan fruits and olives) using local techniques.
Visit us and enjoy a healthy way of life that can only be found in rural Morocco.
During their stay, guests can enjoy privacy, a tranquil setting, traditional rustic meals and also easy walking treks through the surrounding area, donkey trails and other farm activities. Breathtaking sand beaches and the lovely beachside town of Essaouira are 20 minutes away.
Accompained excursions and a rural cooking experience are available on request, introducing guests to some of the most typical areas and authentic Berber dishes.
The farm offers 3 comfortable rooms , for a total of 6 -7 places, a lovely white courtyard and several relax spots where to chill out, a terrace with pergola and a small pool.
Breakfast and other meals preparation can be arranged on demand.
Hot water, fireplaces, furnished kitchen, safecase and a mini-dvd player are available. Daily maid service and gardianing are included in the price. Transportation can be arranged with us, or we can suggest trusted drivers and good car rentals.
For a detailed offer please do contact us.

Interaction with Guests
Lucrezia is always available by phone and by email, but might not be present at the farm at your arrival. Check-in and check-out will be then assured by a French and English speaking relative. A lovely Berber family takes care of the place with lots of respect for the property and for guests.
The calm, the feeling of being apart from the stressful modern life, the nice walks, the colorful Berber people, the light at sunset, the starry nights, the silence and sounds of the country, the beauty of the surrounding area.
By car, or by taxi. Public bus from Essaouira arrives to the village of Tidzi, located on the main road Essaouira-Agadir and 2 km and 1/2 Km away from the farm. From Tidzi, collective taxis are available random.

This place was absolutely amazing. All of the comments above are true. It is even better than the pictures suggest.
We stayed there for only four days, and we wish our stay could have been longer. We hope to be able to come back one day.
A little tip, make use of the dinner-option. Hafida's cooking is incredible.
Everything about this place was perfect. We stayed for 5 nights and I never expected that it could be even better than the stunning photographs on this site. The attention to detail is impeccable, with gorgeous decor and all home comforts. Lovely hot shower and comfortable beds. We were also able to find a different spot to relax in every evening, with lots of comfortable areas.. Very homely!
The farm was the perfect spot for a retreat, especially after we experienced the hustle and bustle of marrakech the day before.
The housekeeper was amazing, making us the most amazing meals. Freshly baked cake every morning and the evening meals are well worth the extra money! She also cleaned our room every day and left special treats like sweets and flowers in our room. The other workers on the farm were also friendly and very helpful.
We very much appreciated the tranquility but also found it very easy to organise a ride into one of the nearby towns. We enjoyed visiting the local argan cooperative and seeing the process of making the oil. Lots of suggestions for good excursions on leaflets in the bedroom.. Which we will be checking out next time!
Do not hesitate to book this place if you are wanting to be looked after and feel more relaxed than you ever have been!
10/10. Thanks Lucrezia!
Vielen Dank, Lucrezia!
We stayed here for 8 nights and the place was even better in person! Lucrezia was great with responding to emails and giving more information. The meals were delicious and hearty and cooked with love by Hafida. If you are looking to relax, I could not recommend a better place. The only thing was that there were a number of cats (sometimes 5) who would meow and want to be fed while we ate. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.
Lovely place. All details are well thought out and couldn't recommend staying here higher
We had such a wonderful time at Lalla Abouch! We missed meeting Lucrezia, but were kindly greeted by her neighbor, Louis, who oriented us upon our arrival. Hafida and Ahmed, the care-takers of the property, couldn't have been more lovely. With Ahmed's introduction, we made fast friends with the goat - Jamal, and the donkeys, kitties and pup! We also got a lovely tour of the hen house and peacock's nest from Ahmed and were thoroughly spoiled by Hafida's smile and her cooking!! Such a wonderful haven in the midst of the Argan trees, near the beach and away from the hustle of Marrakesch, but a stone's throw from the picturesque and more mellow Essaouira, one of our favorite cities in Morocco. We rode horses on a nearby beach which was a great trip for an afternoon, but we didn't want to be away for too long from home, with the wonderful pool, Hafida's dinner meal, and a spectacular sunset awaiting!
We had spent the most wonderful time our lives at Lucrezia's Lalla Abouch farm. It is just paradise on earth, everything designed and prepared with so much love and designation. The kids ( 4 and 5) loved the animals which were all so much fun and interesting and our lovely stuff Hafida and Ahmed. Both kind and attentive made the best of our stay. Lucrezia herself did everything she could to make us truly feel at home (if we had only a home like this - the kids wanted to move in immediately :-) ). We definetely recommend this place to everybody who is fed up with noisy big city life and looks for a completely wonderful retreat.
We are so much looking for to come back! Thank you so much!
