Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Lia gave excellent directions to find their place and the house is wonderful. The bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast in the morning was delightful. Her children are absolutely darling. Great location for the tube and wonderful food options. Laundromat is literally a half a block away. Absolutely would stay here again. Thank you Lia for all your help and hospitality.
We stayed at Lia's house for 3 nights and it was wonderful. Both her and her husband were incredibly nice hosts, giving us tips on were to go and what to visit.
The house is lovely, room is very clean, bathroom right next to the room and you basically have the top floor for yourself. Breakfast was perfect - everything you need just before a long day of wondering around in London.
The neighborhood is really nice, the house is located on a quiet street close to two tube stations: Sheperd's Bush Market - closest and Sheperd's Bush (10 minutes away). You can get to Notting Hill just by walking 20-25 minutes.
I will definitely recommend Lia's house to friends who want to visit London :)
I loved staying at Lia's place. The hosts were really welcoming and friendly. The apartment is beautiful and in a good location. I would really recommend this place and would stay here in the future.
Lia was a very friendly and open host. My daughter and me we enjoyed our stay in her house very much! The house is located in a quiet sidestreet. Our room was quiet and comfortable with a garden view. The neighbourhood is multicultural with a lot of shops and restaurants where you can eat delicious food for low money (especially in in a thai buffett along the way to "shepherds bush tube" station).
I can strongly recommend to stay with Lia!
What a fantastic stay in a lovely family home.
The room was really comfortable and cosy and the bathroom has a great shower with plenty of hot running water.
Breakfast was great too, lovely fresh croissants and coffee.
There are plenty of shops in the area as well as late night takeaways, which were very much welcomed after a few long days in London.
We would very much recommend staying with our lovely hosts and would book to stay again the future.
Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Lia welcomed us warmly as did her beautiful children. She showed us around and we felt very much at home. The room was welcoming and we had a lovely view out the back window. All was much appreciated.
We really enjoyed the stay at Lia's place. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had our own bathroom which was very nice. And we even had breakfast every morning (croissants, cereals, juice, coffee/tea). The house is located quite centrally in a nice neighbourhood. Lia was a very gentle and helpful host. We felt very comfortable during our stay.

About the Host, Lia
I am a west London primary school teacher originally from Cork. I live with my husband Joaquim and our three children aged 8,7 and 4.
We have been hosting since April 2012 and have thus far enjoyed the AirBnB experience, meeting people from all cultures.
Both Joaquim and I speak Italian as we both met there and lived in Tuscany for some years. We enjoy the simple pleasures in life mainly cooking, and good company.
We feel that we could offer fun lively but very warm family environment for your stay. If needed we would be happy to provide personal recommendations of the local area or wider London sights.
