This beautifully renovated two bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown will amaze you with its character and charm. You will have this entire two bedroom apartment to yourself.... Located on historic Tenth street the trees throughout the median will make you want to lace up your shoes and enjoy a peaceful stroll.

Other things to note
If you have a pet please let me know because there is an additional $15 per pet per day fee. If you do not mention the pet prior to your arrival your $200 security deposit will be forfeited.

Any additional cleaning beyond normal garbage and linens you may be charged up to $100.

Also, smoking in the unit is will also cause a $150 cleaning and odor removal fee.
