The space
🌊Casa Bougainvillea, designed by one of the area’s best architects, was built in 2019. It features beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra Laguna Mountains.

🌊This group and family friendly home features four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the second floor with lovely ocean views, a king size bed, and an ensuite bathroom. There are 3 ground floor rooms featuring a bunk room with two complete bunks - 4 single beds and plenty of toys and books for the kids to enjoy. The other two rooms are equipped with queen beds and a jack-and-jill bathroom. There is another half bath on this floor as well. Each room has outdoor patio space that leads into the gardens. There is also an outdoor shower just off the bunk room to wash off after a day at the beach. The bathrooms and bedrooms are large and styled to perfection. Ceiling fans in downstairs bedrooms help keep the space cool.

🌊The main level is an open living concept equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen including a large island. Enjoy the dining room for family meals, or move onto the extended outdoor deck to eat. In the evening, enjoy your streaming channels on the Smart TV. Never miss a game or your favorite show! The furniture was chosen to offer comfort yet elegance. There is also an additional half bath on this level.

🌊Decorated with local artwork and pops of color, you can really feel the unique touches and love that went into every aspect of the design.

🌊Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and main living area. Ceiling fans are also installed throughout the house. We also have several portable fans for guest use.

🌊Finally travel upstairs to the rooftop featuring a shaded sitting area, hammock chair, and gas fire pit. Days will be blissful with the combination of cool ocean breezes, bird watching and bird song, lush mango groves and farmland, and maybe even a siesta. Spectacular sunsets from the rooftop are one of the highlights of the home. Vacation doesn't get much more magical.

🌊The home is set up to accommodate both indoor and outdoor living.

🌊Outside, guests will find a well-manicured yard with desert plants, fruit trees and an area for outdoor play and games.

🌊The home has a FULL WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM. The water is 100% safe to drink.

🌊We also offer beach chairs (6), beach toys, beach towels, umbrellas (2), pack'n'play, and a high chair.

🌊There is security gate at the entrance of the property with an outdoor camera system for guest privacy and security.

🌊There are four places nearby that offer day passes to their swimming pools. Swimming at Cerritos Beach is also family friendly.

🌊If you would like to be completely pampered during your stay, Rachel and Alex can schedule in home massages, a private chef, surf lesson, as well as many other amenities.

🏝Casa Bougainvillea is located in El Pescadero, west of the main highway through town. The home was built in the middle of a lush farming area where you can enjoy the ocean breezes and the sound of the waves.

🥙There are three excellent restaurants within walking distance, plus an organic farm for fresh produce just across the road. You are also close enough to El Pescadero town to grab a delicious meal at many great restaurants or a morning coffee.

⛱The home is a short 10 minute walk to Playa San Pedrito to watch the sunset or walk along the white sand. You are only a 15 minute drive to Cerritos Beach where you can enjoy the surf and play in the ocean.

🎨Drive 15 minutes north to the town of Todos Santos for a fun art scene and restaurants galore.

🏊‍♀️There are three day use pools within driving distance that are available for public use.

🌃Drive 45 minutes south to Cabo for nightlife and sightseeing.

🏚Tu Casa Concierge Property Management is the off-site management team overseeing the home. Rachel and Alex live five-minutes away and are available on an as needed basis.

Our gardening crew usually comes once a week, typically on Saturday. The company owner, Tony, speaks English but doesn’t come every time. The rest of his crew are very friendly. They have a key to the pedestrian gate and will let themselves in and out. Be sure and say “Hola”😊
