Luca is an excellent host who responded quickly to our queries both prior to and during our stay. He met us on arrival and gave a very comprehensive briefing on the house and the local area. He speaks very good English and there was no difficulty understanding his explanations.
Luca’s house is impressive; It is the largest that we have stayed in over the past four months that we have spent in Italy. The house is very spacious and extremely comfortable; open plan dining/lounge area, a very well appointed kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms [each with large double bed and the second bedroom also had a two single beds. The front loader washing is in the kitchen. The Patio runs around two sides of the house and offers a multitude of outside seating options for outdoor eating. Cooling/heating is easily achieved via the heat pumps and wall heater located throughout the apartment. The house is very equipped for self catering and the furnishings and bed are very comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean on our arrival.
Overall, our two week stay in Palermo was most enjoyable and Luca’s house provided us with a good base for exploring Western and northern Sicily. Thank you, Luca for making our stay in Palermo so enjoyable. It was an experience we shall always treasure.
Lucas' house was wonderful, spacious, and absolutely lovely. He gave us fresh eggs one morning from his chickens. There was space to park a car, flowers and the fresh scent of herbs growing in the patio. If you ever go to Sicily you should stay here.
The villa is wonderful. It's very stylish and beautiful. The location is perfect too, really easy to find. There was everything we need for comfortable holiday. The house is big and well equipped. T`here is a swimming pool.
Luca is very attentive host. He even prepared maps and a list of places recommended to visit ( including restaurants and pizzerias)
We had an excellent holiday there and was really happy!.
This is a large 3 BR unit in a beautiful villa surrounded by gardens and is next to an orange grove. It was great to have extra space for guests, and a large outdoor patio for cookouts. The location is great for access to the city, by car, bus or walking, but it is just on the edge of the city itself. It is about a block back from a busy highway, but we got used to that quickly. We stayed 4 months and I would rent it again. It is a great location from which to explore all of Sicily.
