A one-room screened treehouse on the 156 acre Santa Fe Treehouse Camp land. This treehouse has limited power from our wind and solar generators.
There is close access to hiking trails and the National Forest.
The Birdbath with flush toilets and showers is a two minute walk away. Bring your own toiletries. You have access to our outdoor cook area, family camps, nature and sustainability education, archery, tomahawk throwing, climbing wall, yoga, qigong, star talks and more. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

The space
Enjoy the relaxation and beauty of the crimson sunrise. Though there is limited power through wind and solar generators on the site. Low energy lights and battery powered lanterns are provided for your lighting needs. Blankets are provided but please bring warm clothes since there is no heater in the treehouse and it can get quite cold in the night.
The path to the treehouse is on an incline and about 100’ down from the parking area. Pack in small bags for easy transport.

Guest access
You will have access to hiking trails and all camp amenities other than private cabins, treehouses and campsites unless otherwise notified due to groups in camp. There are beautiful views and access to Shaggy Peak, the southernmost tip of the Rocky Mountains and the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range. Wander our land to enjoy a 20 minute hike to a creek (in wet weather) in the forest or climb up Shaggy Peak.

Other things to note
Wifi is available close to the camp office, communal kitchen and Wilderness Education Center. The reception is poor at Sunrise.
Cell reception is limited on camp grounds and even more limited at the treehouse. (Verizon works best).
Please bring your own toiletries.
Dog fee is $10 per three dogs/per night. Do not let your dogs on camp beds. Please bring a dog bed, blanket, towel and dish for their comfort and safety. You may also wish to have some sort of paw protection. We ask that you not bring dogs into the cook area. If you have to leave them for a short time please have them in a secure, safe dog crate. Please pick up dog poop and place bagged poop in the kitchen trash.(Closest market 25 min).

We live up a quiet dirt road with very few neighbors. You will hear the sound of the wind in the trees and the birds calling.
Located less than an hour from Santa Fe Ski area, 20 minutes from Museum Hill, 25 minutes from Meow Wolf, 30 minutes to Old Town Santa Fe Plaza, Canyon Rd and the famous Santa Fe Opera you are not far from all that Santa Fe has to offer. Harry's Road House and Cafe Fina (two much loved restaurants) are just 15 minutes down the road as well.
