About this listing
Condesa is an artistic and thriving neighborhood in Mexico City where food, culture and entertainment is at your fingertips!
In the heart of the most hip and happening part of Mexico City, our apartment overlooks Parque México, Condesa. It is surrounded by great restaurants and cafés you will love. 15 min from the Museum Street (Reforma) and 15 min by metro from Downtown, this is a treat.
La condesa It’s one of the few areas in town where walking around can be actually pleasurable. It doesn’t have the high fences and conspicuous security personnel that make other areas inhospitable. You can walk to your favorite café or bookstore . You could actually leave your car parked and walk everywhere. Newly-fashionable biking has also done much to emphasize the pedestrian-friendliness of the area. Cosmopolitanism is another salient feature. While Polanco remains the city’s fanciest mixed-use area, it does so through its connections with the international consumption patterns. Polanco is where multinational company executives and foreign officials stay and shop. Condesa is where models, photographers, designers, journalist and others without an expense account live. Polanco consumes, Condesa and neighbouring Roma, create.

Beautiful flat in the heart of Condesa. I didn't meet Lu but my friend and I were welcomed by her husband Luis. We only stay there one night so we didn't see him a lot. The room had everything we needed and we even had the breakfast in the morning !
Definitivamente recomendable.

We had a glorious stay at Lu and Uly's place in D.F. They made us feel at home in the urban jungle from the moment we arrived. Both are so knowledgable about the art scene, the cultural history, current events and politics of the city that our trip was beyond simply enjoyable to a constantly enlightening and enriching experience. Also, we felt extremely safe at their apartment and in the Condesa at large. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else with respect to ease of public transit and access to beautiful urban park land. I highly recommend anyone to choose this fabulous apartment and I hope you have an equally as amazing trip in Mexico City as we did!
What a lovely stay! Lu, Ulyses and Koska were the perfect host. The bed was supper comfortable, which is always a plus after walking around such a big beautiful city. And I couldn't have asked for a more perfect location! Near some of the best restaurants and bars the city has to offer. You have to stay here! Book it!

My city, Mexico D.F. is my element and Mexico is the country where we have decided to live meanwhile we travel around the world asking ourselves always a question referring to the place we are visiting: Would you live here?
