It's a wonderful place for short-term visitors, scholars, visiting relatives/ friends and backpackers to stay.
Thank you very much.
Great stay. Plenty of parking. Didn't interact much but I also wasn't around much, wanting to see as much of LA as possible in the weekend. Would say the description on here is accurate. Thanks for hosting us, Giant and Emmy!
I messaged China-An at 11:00pm, and got a reply in minutes, and was all set by 11:30pm. The place was organized, and clearly setup for people using Air BnB. A private bedroom for $36 in Los Angeles is quite the deal, but don't expect to get more than what you paid for. The place has a bit of a hostel feel to it, and was clean enough for me.
I gave them 4 stars because the amount I paid for the room was very fair. I would have given them 5 stars, but there wasn't towels in the bathroom.
First night, was able to accommodate me right away on same day reservation.
Noisy neighbors upstairs, even during the night.
Entrance was easy by key in mailbox. Host was not at home.
Window blinds broken.
Smoke detector alarm had empty batteries and went off during the night.
Guest bathroom was not clean with a disgusting dirty shower cabin and difficult to regulate hot/cold water faucets.
Would not stay here again.
Chia and Giant were very friendly hosts. The room was perfect for what we needed for the night. The only thing we were unhappy with was the noise from the neighbors above us as well as in the house during the wee hours of the morning that woke us up a few times. Other than that, we enjoyed our brief stay.
Chia-An Lee and Giant were very nice and accommodating. I had planned to arrive in the evening but ended up arriving much earlier and they were able to receive me with little advance notice.
Check-in was very easy, Giant was not home at the time we arrived but had left us keys in the mailbox. Taking the shuttle from LAX took about 30 min and location in relation to USC is very convenient The room and bathroom were simple and clean. Would definitely recommend staying there.
These guys are great. I had an awesome time crashing here and really enjoyed their company. The place is nice, quiet and comfortable and was exactly what I needed for my last night in LA.
its a clean private room and convenient location, its easy to reach the bus or Metra to everywhere. And they r very kind for me.
