Come stay at this beautiful and luxurious loft apartment overlooking historic downtown Carthage Tennessee. Downtown Carthage with an amazing view of the Cumberland River offers a small town variety of restaurants and retail stores. Whether one enjoys the sounds of historic church bells ringing or the convenience of a bar within walking distance, the quiet friendly small town charm is sure to rub off on you. Large retail stores are within 2 miles of downtown Carthage.

The space
Large spacious living room has a studio apartment feel. Admire the exposed brick walls and original wood rafters of this trendy treasure industrial style renovated 2500 square foot second story building. Offers a past meets present feel. Blazing fast internet service and large screen TV. Contemporary furniture with a large kitchen and top of the line appliances. Dining room table seats four plus a kitchen island with two additional bar stool seating. Kitchen cabinets fully stocked with eatery needs gives one the option of eating out, bringing to go food home, or cooking a simple meal. Entire apartment has beautiful quartz counter-tops.

Two bedroom, two bath. Both bedrooms have extremely comfy memory foam mattresses on queen sized beds with private bathrooms. Each bedroom has a trendy slipper chair, TV, dresser, and nightstands with reading lamps. Master bedroom as a huge walk in closet. Guest bedroom has large separate closet space. Bedrooms are positioned in the back area of the loft apartment.

In the rear of the building the master bathroom has a massive walk in shower with two rain shower heads and a built in tile seat. Large bathroom offers natural lighting from a partially bricked up original window. Two sinks and full size mirror against brick wall implies a very classy feel. Emergency fire escape is located in master bath. Guest bathroom has large walk in shower and single sink centered on vanity.

You are sure to fall in love with this trendy loft apartment and the cute small town of Carthage. Most find it hard to leave.
