Other Things to Note
Please send me any question or special need you may have and I'll try to accommodate your request the best I can!
NO SMOKING. It's about the most important rule. Also, I like pets but I don't think my place is a good fit for them. You can have friends over as long as you don't throw a 10 people party.
The apartment was really nice and just as described in the listing. The neighborhood was great - easy access to the city center by metro but far enough out that there were no super touristy places. There is a large supermarket close by. The apartment was also very clean. Though Tarik was out of the country it was still easy to reach him with any questions - he made us feel very welcome and at home. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would really recommend it to other couples.
It was amazing time in Paris! And partly it was thanks to place, where we were living. From the beginning Tarik was ready to answer on any question that we had. He was really helpful! We really enjoyed the district with some cafes around, with grocery shop 1 min walk and metro station not even a minute, you just need cross the road. Apartment nice and clean. You have absolutely everything that you will need even more! I'm talking about speaker)) it was a great addition)) so, I highly recommend Tarik as a host and his place!
Excellent. Very clean place, centrally located. Tarik was very helpful.
Recomendo !
About the Host, Tarik
I'm Tarik, I'm 25 and I run a web startup in Paris. I love travelling and Airbnb helps me fund my next trip (I'll be backpacking in Iran this summer). I've lived abroad a few times in my life and I'd like to do it again. I love meeting new people from all walks of life and I expect you to be a bit different than my previous guest. Anyway, I hope my place will be a great base camp for your adventures in Paris. Let me know if you have any questions, I'll be happy to help!
Awesome boulangerie. Although the owners are not particularly nice. On week-ends, youll see huge lines of people waiting to buy their Croissants. Ask for a Grand Arôme baguette, its delicious!Rue Pelleport Paris IDF 75020

One of the rare bakeries specialized in Gana baguettes. Very tasty. Fresh bread is cooked all day long so that you can enjoy warm bread at any time of the day.Rue des Pyrénées Paris 75020
Former labor cooperative. Awesome venue with lots of room for concerts, exhibitions, a big terrace, a restaurant, a bar... Was underground, now its just hip (but concerts are still really good).Rue Boyer Paris 75020
