To help keep the home in great condition for all guests:
• Please keep dogs off couches and soft furnishings unless covered with a heavy blanket or their own bedding
• Please bring your dog’s own bedding
• Please clean up after your pet during your stay
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats.
For security and guest safety, there is one outdoor security camera located at the front of the property. There are no indoor cameras.
Off street parking is provided. One spot in the garage and two spots on the concrete in front of the garage.

We (Matt and Karina) are an easy going couple and love getting to know new people from all over the world. Matt grew up in Pismo Beach, Southern California and loves surfing and mountain bike riding. Karina is from New Zealand and since marrying Matt in 2012 has made Redding her permanent home. Karina loves hospitality, espresso coffee, healthy food, being a Mom and road trips in our RV. We both did Bethel School of Ministry and are now long term Bethel church members. We have two cutie pie young children - Ella and Tyler and also our little dog Jimmy.
