Enjoy your stay at this recently redecorated tropical oasis. Relax in the pool. Enjoy a home-cooked meal in a full kitchen. Lounge on the patio with a view of the mountains and the beautiful Palm Springs desert sunset. Downtown is minutes away, where you can find trendy shopping, restaurants, and bars. All utilities, Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer included. Use your Netflix on the smart TVs. Pool has a heater, and there is no charge for usage (Please turn off when not in use.). City of PS ID# 3984

The space
The yard is sheltered from the common desert winds. Enjoy the pool after dark with the lit pool.

There is a Casita on the property but there is no access between the units inside from within the house. The house shares a wall between units.

Guests must acknowledge and accept "House Rules" document via electronic signature within 48 hours of hosts confirming reservation at the owners request.

Additional housekeeping services are available at guest's expense and must be requested when you make your reservation. Payment (cash only) is made directly to the cleaner on day of service.

All guests are required to provide a copy of a government issued ID (US driver's license or passport) at the owners request.

Parking is available on a shared driveway for one vehicle. Overnight off-street parking is limited to a single mid-size vehicle or smaller. Additional street parking is available during the day.

Washer and dryer are located in the garage.

No firearms, illegal drugs, or lethal weapons of any kind are allowed on the property. Parties or excessively loud music are prohibited by city ordinance.

Minors and guests are not allowed unaccompanied on the property.

We do not allow any animals on the property.
