Conveniently located to highways, the airport, the Park Ave area, art gallery, museums and more.

The space
1900 TRADITIONAL Colonial Rochester City house, fully updated with modern amenities, open concept first floor remodeled to provide relaxing experience while preserving all 1900's charm with gumwood doors, moldings, porches, butler pantry, built-ins and more. Though hardwood floors are restored and re-finished, as built in 1900, FLOORS DO CREAK. STAIRS to second floor have lower head room than new builds. Fully renovated kitchen, dining, living area and bathroom.

3 bedrooms and one full bath on second floor. Bathroom with heated floor to keep your comfort in mind and Bluetooth speakers to listen to your favorite music.

Please note, listing is for 3 bedrooms and ONE full bath with bathtub, all are UPSTAIRS. Please note, NO TOILET or Bath on MAIN floor.


Kitchen equipped with appliances, full size refrigerator with ice and water dispenser (no water filter at this time). Coffee bar area including coffee maker, coffee, tea (see pictures for details. All essential/basic pots, pans, utensils etc. in the kitchen cabinets for your convenience.

Laundry is in UNFINISHED BASEMENT, is free to use. There is an extra Toilet in the UNFINISHED basement that is NOT INCLUDED in the Listing but is available to use in case of EMERGENCY.

Easy self check in with 4 code numbers, could be adjusted to your choice of numbers if you like.

Guest access
You have access to the entire house, back yard, front porch and sleeping/rear porch upstairs. Please note: to respect our neighbors we do not allow parties or events. No smoking please.

The listing is for ONE BATHROOM (full with bathtub) and 3 bedrooms, all are on the SECOND floor. There is NO TOILET or BATHROOM on the MAIN floor.

Laundry is in the unfinished basement.

No parking on the property, ample on parking on the street, and is free.

Quite and peaceful neighborhood. Great location, walking distance to URMC, Highland Park, College Town (Restaurants, shops, Starbucks, Chipotle etc.). It’s located in City of Rochester and borders Brighton.

Convenient to the highways and about 4 miles to the airport. Centrally located, less than 3 miles to Park Ave area, downtown, art gallery, and Science museums (2.5 mi), Strong Museum of Play (2.3 mi) and more.... Short drive, about10-15 minutes to RIT, St. John Fisher, Nazareth, Eastman School of Music, Convention Centre. 45 min from Bristol Mtn for skiing and a day trip to the Finger Lake wine trails and Niagara Falls.

Distillery is a restaurant/bar started in Rochester, and is one block from the house. It has multiple locations throughout Rochester, this location is the first one in Rochester. Local bakery right around the corner.
