This apartment is located in a new building in Prenzlauer Berg which borders downtown Mitte. It has big windows with a green view and receives direct sunlight; therefore the apartment is very bright.
There is one bedroom with a zip and link, hotel standard, bed and one living room with a double sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with a power shower and a washing machine. The apartment is located on the third floor and has an elevator.
Prenzlauer Berg is one of the most popular districts in Berlin and it is one of the prettiest neighborhoods, places of interest include Helmholtzplatz, Kollwitzplatz, Mauerpark and Rykestrasse Synagogue. The vicinity is full of life and has many kinds of shops from a traditional German bakery some meters away from the apartment, small but great in quality, an Italian restaurant, a bio supermarket, a vegetable/fruit shop, bookstore, and much more. Downtown is only some minutes away walking distance, Museums, Galleries, and Berlin´s most popular attractions are easily reachable from the apartment.
The apartment is located only a few minutes walk from Alexanderplatz. Tram stop M2 is directly in front of the house door.

Hi!, this are just basics to improve your stay
Please take care of the floors. They are wood, a natural element which gives you a really good quality in your stay but also needs some caring back.
Please respect others enviroment by not being noisy, please don´t make a bachelor party in the apartment!
We had a really nice stay in julianas apartment. Picking up they keys was super fast and easy and the flat was nice and clean and definitely enough for two people. We didn't use the kitchen a lot but it seemed quite well equipped and clean. The only problem was that the toilet had some problems with flushing which we also told them but it always worked again after a while but then sometimes it just wouldn't work for 5 times again which is something they have to look into and we also told them that when we handed back the keys. But overall it was nice and the location is great and very central as well! :) can recommend it!
Juliana was helpful and a good communicator, and the apartment was comfortable, clean, well maintained and in a great location.
Juliana was made contact to organise key pickup, worked to accommodate our timetable, and provided a map to find the apartment from the admin office. The apartment was clean, neat, very comfortable, well equipped (percolator and stove top pot with coffee in fridge), and had a supermarket and tram stop within 250 m of entrance.
Juliana and her staff were very attentive and friendly from our very first contact by email. Everything is very professional and practical (booking, check-in and check-out). The building is new and it’s very well located in a leafy street at Prenzlauer Berg, a fantastic place to stay in Berlin. There are markets, restaurants, cafés and it is also well served by public transport. The apartment is well lighted at the living room, although the other spaces are darker. Upon arriving, I noted that the photos were better than the apartment itself, including they do not make clear that there is not one bedroom in the strict sense. The ad says there is a bedroom and a living room, and by the photos we can also deduced it, but it is not a room, because it has no wall and it joins the living room, it’s a kind of loft, so there is no privacy in the bedroom. The mattresses are extremely soft, they are not comfortable as well as pillows. The sofabed, when opened, has a hole, quite uncomfortable to sleep too. The bathroom is simple and functional, but during our stay the shower did not drain the water very well. The kitchen is functional but it lacks utensils, there are only 3 glasses. There are not wine glasses. Unfortunately, the kitchen was a little dirty when we arrived, with splashes of oil through the wall. Maybe it is something rare (although another review also tell it), but it needs better attention from the staff for this type of situation. Every morning there was a noisy delivery to the supermarket outside, starting around 6-7am. The apartment has a good cost-effective relationship for 3 people, I'd be on it again without much expectation, except for the incredible location.
Excellent apartment- spacious and tidy, just like the pictures show. Good area with cafes, and a market just downstairs. We didn't meet Juliana, but a coworker of hers met us with the keys and he was very nice.
That was another wounderfull airbnb experience. The listing description was accurate, the appartment is even better that we expected and the host made us feel comfetable. I would recommand this place!!!
Top Lage, gute Anbindung am nahegelegenen Alexanderplatz und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Good: nice and big for a couple, perfect location, supermarket and tram stop very near! Responsable host.
Bad: the kitchen sink was completly stucked before we start using, so we could not cook anything. Also the shower is having problems to drain the water. The cookingware was dirty, not dirty but very very bad cleaned

I am Juliana . I fell in love with Berlin years ago. I work in Prenzlauer Berg, an amazing neighboorhood in this city. My neighboors got to know me and when they are traveling (via Airbnb!) I take their keys and look forward to meet nice and interesting guests from all over the world.
Whenever I am not around to answer emails or travelling my good friend Leland helps out from time to time. Feel free to ask us anything you'd like about our apartments.
Come home to Berlin!
