Our cottage is located in a very quiet residential area, 15mn to the beach (Bal Harbor area).20mn from both Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airports, Located in the backyard of the main house but separate and with an independent entry. Enjoy our tropical garden and beautiful pool, in the back of our house. Share with owner only, we give priority to our guests to enjoy it! Parking available in our front yard. No kitchen but microwave and fridge. TV, cable and WIFI. It is suggested to have a car.

The space
Welcome to your tropical retreat! This charming 400 sq ft studio-style cottage is set in a quiet, safe neighborhood and surrounded by a lush tropical garden. It features a super comfy queen bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, brand-new ductless A/C, mini fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, standard coffeemaker, iron, and other thoughtful amenities.

Please note: There is no full kitchen, but you'll have the basics for light snacks and morning coffee.

Free parking is available in front of the main house. Centrally located, not far from Aventura, Bal Harbour, Surfside, the Design District—and about 30 minutes from South Beach.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the pool (15ft x 30ft), backyard, tropical tiki hut, long chairs. On the back of the cottage a private space with umbrella, table and chairs are offered for guests only. The pool can be seen from the main house. Washer and dryer available for free.

Other things to note
Adults bikes (not the last models...) available free of charge, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. We can add a Pack and Play for a baby.
