COMMUNITY RULES - Adhere to the rules covered in the Rules and Regulations of the Glen at Tamiment Community Association. Fines may be assessed for violations.
INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
SEWAGE SYSTEM - DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred dollars ($200).
TRAVEL INSURANCE - We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to (website hidden) for details and to purchase.
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
•We do not provide garage.
•This lease cannot be assigned or premises sublet without permission of the owner.
•Fishing License is required for all persons over 16 years of age to fish on all
lakes and streams.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY: Moderate: Full refund 5 days prior to arrival, except fees
•Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
•The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable.
•If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Airbnb within 24 hours of check-in.
•Airbnb will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
•A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
•Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, safety cancellations, or extenuating circumstances. Please review these exceptions.
We had an awesome time. The is very comfortable and the location is really nice. Everything went smooth. I would definitely come back.
The house was exactly as described. Everything was in order. Great if you are looking for a quiet time with your family. The host was very responsive and quick to resolve any concerns.
This place is amazing just looking exactly the same as the pictures.i think the house is very full supplied which included toilet paper and kitchen supplies.we all enjoyed our weekend stay.
Our hosts provided a spacious, comfortable and peaceful home for our 5-day stay, very accurate to the description on airbnb. The neighborhood is a very secure gated community that made us feel safe in an area we weren't familiar with. The kids loved seeing all the deer (especially the baby) every time we drove through the neighborhood. The house was generally clean and well maintained with only minor inconveniences for taking care of garbage and laundry. Caitlin was responsive with questions and concerns about our stay.
Catlin/Mik made me feel very welcomed in their home. The description of the house was accurate to the listing. The neighborhood was really guarded and a very nice community.
Caitlyn/mik were very responsive, gave good instructions and overall a pleasure to deal with. The place is very modern and cozy. The master suite is amazing!! Kitchen is also very clean and updated. Living room is every mans dream with a big screen tv and surround sound.
Caitlyn also responded to a few questions of mine re:recommendations for food and places to see. All of which she didn't have to but she did!!
A++ for host and place. Will definitely use again if we visit PA.

The house was comfortable, spacious, clean and beautiful. The community was very quiet and peaceful. Having a listing of different places to go was very helpful to go around town and enjoy.
