Our 1000 sq feet apartment is located on the first floor of an ancient building belonging to the early years of 1900's, few steps from the Vatican city-state walls. . The apartment on the first floor, reached by elevator located after a short scale consists of 13 steps.
It was recently restored, keeping the traditional materials used during its construction. It is suitable for 7 persons and it is composed of 4 rooms,kitchen and bathroom: 2 double bedrooms with king-size beds, 1 single bedroom, 1 living room with 2 single sofa-beds, a dining table with 6 chairs. Well equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, boiler, toaster, fridge and dishwasher, table with 4 chairs. 1 bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in all rooms
Not washing machine, but at 200 meter there is a laundry. Cradle available.
All the apartment has independent eating Wi-fi, TV, towels, bed linen final cleaning,tax. are included in the rent.
At footsteps from the main door you can find a supermarket, banks, tobacconist, cafeterias, restaurants and the typical open-air market where Italians like to buy fresh food, fruits and vegetables every day.
In case of need there is also an hospital nearby.
The A line metro station is less than 5 minutes walk, bus stops at 50 m., to easily reach the Coliseum, the Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Venice square.
The Vatican Museums, St. Peter's Basilica and St. Angel's Castle and the convenient shopping area can be reached on foot.

Parking is available in the streets around the building within the blue strips at a cost of € 4/8hrs, free on saturday and sundays.
