Perfect for a group of friends or family looking to enjoy Denver. Within one block of walking to world-class museums, dining at local eateries, visiting breweries, and going out for the fun night scene.

The space
Natural light pours into this 3 story townhome through large windows throughout the entire home with views of downtown from 3 levels and overlooking a lush outdoor plant shop (enjoy the blackout curtains in two of the bedrooms for those looking to sleep in). We designed this home for comfort and style with a modern homey yet clean feel. Every detail from the art and curiosities that can be enjoyed by the most discerning to the fully stocked kitchen, games, dartboard, comfortable beds, and couch, all are meant to be relaxing and comfortable. The private rooftop terrace with a gas fire pit allows for breathtaking views of the city and is an ideal spot to unwind or turn up the music with the Bose portable speaker at sunset.

Whether you are traveling for a small getaway or with a group party of 8, the house has sectioned floors to provide intimate and gathered moments for guests. Stay close to all that Denver has to offer by enjoying within one block of walking to world-class museums, dining at local eateries, visiting breweries, and going out for the electric night scene.

You'll be able to access the entire home, with the exception of the garage! There is plenty of street parking and the city is walkable.
