Our 2 bedroom 2 bath Mammoth Lakes condo is located close to the Canyon Lodge Ski Area, and on the way to The Mammoth Lakes Basin.
The unit is just steps (literally steps) to the Orange Shuttle stop. The Orange Shuttle takes you to The Village and the Gondola that goes to Canyon Lodge at Mammoth Mountain. In the Summer and Fall put your bike on the shuttle and tour the Mammoths Lakes Basin.
The condo comfortably sleeps 6. South facing with views of the Sherwin Mountains.

The space
We are happy to be dog friendly and charge $100 per dog.

Downstairs unit with no steps and a large entry porch. With a Smart Lock for easy access. An email is sent to guest with codes and instructions a day prior to arrival.

The Master Bedroom has a very comfortable Queen bed and a Single bed. With it's own bathroom.
The Second Bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed and a set of Twin bunks. There is a full bath just outside the bedroom door.
There is also a Sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is supplied with everything you will need to cook all meals in.
Comfortably sleeps 6 guests.

Neighborhood highlights

Take the shuttle(stop #91)is steps from the door. Walk or drive to the Village. In the Village you have access to the Gondola, great food, entertainment and sport shopping.
A five minute drive will get you to town. In town are the Vons, the Grocery Outlet for groceries, great restaurants and anything else you may need. Also check out the Bowling Alley and Movie Theater.

My work: 40 years in the Beverage Industry
My wife and I were both raised in Southern California. I'm an old summer surfer, winter skier. We've been coming to Mammoth for many years. When our daughter was in college going at Long Beach State University. She would take off school every winter and move to Mammoth to work for the mountain. Then go back to Long Beach State in the summer. She is now a school teacher in Lone Pine living in Crowley near Tom's Place. We love Mammoth Mountain and the Sierras so much we desided to get a place of our own. This is now our home away from home. When we're not there, we want you to enjoy it too. So come, enjoy the majesty of the Sierras from our home away from home. By the way, that's our daughter who caught that fat Cutthroat Trout in the picture above.
