The space
CENTRALLY LOCATED WITH A STRONG NEIGHBORHOOD FEELING

The apartment is located in the heart of Copenhagen in a lovely local neighborhood with lots of atmosphere and character. There is a multitude of cafes, restaurants, wine bars, small local designer shops and grocery shopping both low budget and more culinary.
At the food market Torvehallerne one block away there are wine tastings, butchers, fruit stands, food trucks, coffee shops, bakeries and different interactive events throughout the year.

In the summer the neighborhood is especially lively with flea markets, street parties, basket ball and people socializing and flirting by the famous CPH lakes and in the beautiful parks that used to be part of the old fortifications.

The apartment is located two minutes walk from The Round Tower, the Botanical Garden, Rosenborg castle, Kings Garden, the main shopping area and within walking distance from most museums and Tivoli.


THE APARTMENT

The apartment is spacious and full of light, furnished with mainly mid century Danish modern furniture and decorated with a love for detail and design.

The south facing balcony is excellent for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

There are two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm wide). A big bathroom, a combined kitchen dining area and a living room.


PARKING

There is public parking in the street in front of the apartment. Also there is a public parking garage one block away at Israels Plads.


I WELCOME EVERYBODY

Everybody are welcome in my home. I open my doors for all colors, religions, sexual preferences (gay friendly) tall or short.

Other things to note
I live in my apartment and list it when I’m traveling myself. Hence, you will be staying in a home with personality and character rather than a generic rental apartment. I have a love for Scandinavian design, furniture, curiosa and plants which becomes obvious when you enter my home. The building is more than 150 years old and was originally build for postmen. Today we still have a couple of retired postmen living in the building who are full of good stories from a time before e-mail.
