"Newly Renovated", 1100 square foot cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 2 living areas with ocean views, dining area for 6, open ceilings with exposed beams, outdoor deck with table and bbq, beach access at your footsteps, sitting area with Adirondack chairs, washer and dryer, full kitchen, satellite tv, internet, new split system for refreshing A/C and heat if needed. Perfect place for families.

The space
This cottage is located on the water. We have parking spaces for up to three vehicles right in front of the property. We have a deck located off the back with BBQ and table to enjoy your meal by the sea. We have Adirondack chairs in the sand just steps away from the deck. Lots to explore in nearby towns like Kennebunkport, Ogunquit's, Portland and Freeport. Lots to see and do. Little slice of paradise.

Other things to note
Please bring or rent your own linens and towels. I will provide two companies below that are local and easy to rent from.
