Enjoy your stay with us in Greenville. Our charming, fully furnished studio apartment is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful home built in the early 1900's. We are located two blocks and within walking distance to downtown Greenville which offers restaurants, coffee shops, and many boutiques.

The space
This is a very spacious private studio apartment located on the second floor. The main room has a queen sized bed, under bed storage, chairs, TV and TV stand and a desk. As you walk down the hall to the kitchen, you will find a full bathroom to your left and a twin size bed to your right. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. An added bonus is the loft which offers a twin sized bed and a private little retreat for guests.

Free parking is available in a gravel parking lot at the back of the building or along the street.

A coin operated washer and dryer is available in the basement of the home.


All doors have a key pad entry for easy self check in and check out.

My husband and I bought this six unit apartment building in September of 2019. We love the character of the old home. Two of the six apartments are offered as Airbnb's. They are very spacious for studio apartments. We love providing a clean and cozy place for people to call home while visiting Greenville.
