Space boasts a kitchenette, full size fridge, luxury queen bed, luxury walk-in shower & high speed WIFI. Located in a quiet, upscale & semi-retired neighborhood, 1.5 miles to downtown historic Paso Robles & minutes to Paso's best wineries, fine dining, cafes, boutiques, craft breweries, cheese shops, movie theatre, art galleries & more!

This beautiful, modern, and secluded non-smoking Villa Verde Studio Guest House is located in the heart of wine country! This is great for one person. Or two people who don't mind being close. Couples, single traveling adventurer, and business traveler beit on an extended vacation, business, or just a quick getaway. seeking to explore all the area has to offer would enjoy the Guest House. This fully furnished, modern, clean and cozy private Studio Guest House has touch code security entrance to make arrivals easy, plus designated off street parking. The Villa Verde Guest House sleeps 2 in a comfortable luxury queen bed with high quality linens. A hand held steamer, iron, ironing board, luggage rack, and safe, are provided in the closet. A spacious cedar dresser is in the closet providing ample closet & drawer space for your belongings whether your stay is a day or few weeks. You'll find a sleek and modern bathroom with a luxurious tiled walk-in shower with bench seating, fully stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash & blow dryer. The lovely kitchenette is equipped with all the necessities for your stay, whether eating take-out or cooking a light meal. There is a full sized fridge with a freezer, small induction cooktop, microwave oven, Keurig coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster oven, and blender. The water to the Villa Verde Guest House is conditioned with a water softener and the cold water to the kitchen sink is filtered water. Entertainment includes free WIFI, wall mounted High Definition 50 inch Flat Screen TV. The Guest House has remote controlled split-system temperature control central heating and external efficient air conditioning for maximum comfort, along with a ceiling fan above the luxury queen bed. Crown molding surrounds the ceilings and floors are luxury vinyl and tile with recessed lighting throughout.

The Guest House is NOT pet friendly. As a reminder, inside and outside is completely NO smoking/vaping of any kind

Guest Access-
The Villa Verde Guest House is private and fully contained and will not require access to the main residence at any time. A portion of the backyard is shared however you will have complete access to the Guest House.
