  • We enjoyed staying with Nsenga and his wife in their apartment. They were very helpful and respectful of our privacy. We enjoyed chatting and having a wonderful breakfast together. They went out of their way to find a bakery that would make us gluten free bread. They were very personable and tried to make us feel at home.

The best part was the dinner that Nsenga made us, curried chicken with onions, rice, and also ratatuille. Dessert of fresh fruit from his mom's garden. A wonderful meal. He has a tea/spice/tapas shop by the beach and he brought us some spices to be able to make it ourselves.

The location is great for exploring Normandy, very central and close to the D-Day beaches. We would definitely recommend staying here.

  • A wonderful stay. They were the most excellent hosts. Their quiet and quaint apartment is so cute and we loved staying there. I got a bad cold on my trip and they still welcomed me into their home. When we arrived, Nsenga provided us with a lot of tourist material, things to do in Le Havre & Etretat, local restaurants, tours and museum information. Wonderful hosts and a cute home that I will always remember on my first trip to Paris, Europe. Thank you so much, Nsenga!!

  • They have a nice appartment in the centre, it is a nice and cozy place and the location is great. Both really nice people who provided us with great recommendations for our trip. Only the cat was a bit difficult, not really used to strangers and he cried a lot when Nsenga was away. But except from we had a great time.

  • Real good location in the center of the city, with a great view of the city hall, which is a memorable monument designed by August Peret. Nearby there's a bus stop for Etretat. Thanks to Nsenga and his wife, we really enjoyed our visit to Le Havre, Honfleur and Etretat. Highly recommend.

  • Nsenga was in good communication before and during our stay with him. He had several travel brochures available for us and he reminded us the best sights to see for our short stay. : ) His apartment was located off the beaten track and a good location for walking to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed being able to heat up some vegetables. It was a treat to visit him in his tea shop also. We had a great stay at Nsenga's place and would love to visit and stay again in the future.
