Welcome to our charming loft, a serene retreat nestled in the heart of Como. A mere 2 minutes stroll away, you'll find the architectural wonder of St Mary's Cathedral, inviting you to immerse yourself in the city's rich history. The loft is an oasis where you can savour a peaceful aperitif as the sun dips below the horizon, all while being moments from the picturesque lake and the enchanting city life.
NOTE: Apartment is located on the 6th floor of a historical building without lift.

The space
This loft is on the top floor of a historical building overlooking the rooftops of Como (6th floor without elevator). Our spacious one-bedroom loft bathes in natural light thanks to its strategic windows. The space blends contemporary comforts with traditional Italian charm, featuring an open kitchen equipped with all necessities for the cooking lovers: gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, orange press, boiler, toaster and italian coffee maker.
The living area is equipped with a cozy dining area and a versatile sofa bed for extra guests, as well a 4K Smart TV with Netflix.
The bathroom, made of natural stone and modern amenities, promises a refreshing start or a relaxing end to your day. From the windows, you have a magnificent view of the rooftops of Como's storied homes and the silhouettes of mountains and historic cupolas.

You will have the entire loft to yourself, ensuring a private and undisturbed experience.

Other things to note
Our home is an authentic italian experience, top floor without an elevator on the sixth floor, offering both a realxing escape and a bit of exercise. Additionally, the ambient toll of the Cathedral's bells adds a touch of Como's timeless rhythm to your stay.
Please note: tourist tax for the city of Como is 3€/person per day, to be left at the apartment in cash.
