Brian is a perfect host. He is polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet and the bed was great! His home is located in a very good position, very close to downtown and not too far from the city park.
The room is as perfect as it is in the picture. It's very clean and quiet. I would love to go back again in the future.
It was a great small
Apt. in an amazing location for the short time I needed it
Brian was friendly and cooperative in arranging our contact. The apartment was just as advertised and Brian had all the amenities I needed. (I think he's done this before.) I liked being in an older apartment right downtown. It was very convenient for me for the two days of meetings I had downtown. Parking was easy on the street and, basically, I had the place to myself. I'd stay with Brian again.
Brian couldn't have been more welcoming. All of the amazing reviews were spot on. I felt very safe and comfortable. I was attending a conference at the Hyatt, and the distance from his apartment to the hotel was ideal. My stay exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Brian, for being such a gracious host!
Brian was a very professional host. I was attending a convention at the convention center. His place is only a $4 Uber from the convention center and it took Uber less than 4 minutes to arrive each time(only a 3-4 minute drive). The room had everything I needed including a comfortable bed, desk, and Wifi. I would stay there again.

An entrepreneur who should play less golf and read more. I've lived in Denver for over eleven years and love the people, the town and maybe above all, the weather.
