Escape to the forest & live in a vintage 1960's camper! Featuring a kitchen with fridge, stovetop, full bed, and access to shower and laundry onsite! Conveniently located just minutes north of Colorado Springs. You are only a short drive from everything- Air Force Academy, beautiful hiking trails, & Regional Parks to name a few. Top attractions in Colorado Springs such as, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak & many more are only a 30 minute drive from your front door.

The space
The vintage Trailblazer camper is a small, fun, cheerful space with a comfortable table area good for computer work, eating, playing games or just enjoying coffee in the morning with the sunshine and the trees through the many windows. The kitchen does not have hot running water but is very stocked with utensils for cooking, crockpot, various ways to make beverages and condiments and spices. During freezing weather the water source will be a mason jar jug and not running water. The camper does have a private flushing potti and a regular bathroom and private shower are stocked and sanitized available for guests in the main house, a shared space. Access to Laundry is provided as well (2 free loads) Some outdoor areas are your own (picnic table, grill, cushy chairs and forest safe smoking area) and some are shared spaces (patio with fire pit for s’mores). You will have access to a fire pit as well as a grill. We welcome you to hang out at any of the fun sitting areas on the property or perhaps take a nature hike through our 7 acres!

Other things to note
Take note that the photos show every space in the camper flooring and sitting areas. If you are large or very tall take note of the clearances at the table. The ceiling is 6’ 1” and the bed is longer than a full. Tall people have found the bed quite comfortable. If you desire to only use the inside bathroom that is acceptable.
