Paulo provided all the necessary logistic support to facilitate our arrival, stay and departure. On arrival he provided good housekeeping intel and tourist orientation. The space provided was suitable to our needs and not far from the city centre. The unique part of living in Quadraro was that there was an excellent street art auto tour that Paulo alerted us too - super urban murals.
Paolo was a fantastic host, he was there to meet us as soon as soon as we reached his floor. He sat down with us for about ten minutes giving us advice in places to visit/eat and the local area and didn't hesitate to let us know we should contact him in case of any questions. During my last night I left it late to organise my transport to the airport and Paolo was of great help and ordered me a taxi as I couldn't work out the taxi site for myself. I have a feeling he did this whilst not being in the country also.
Everything is exactly as shown and two minutes from the metro. This was my first use of airbnb and he has ensured a good start to rhe experience which I will continue to use.
Only word of advice I would offer is if you get a taxi from the airport make sure the driver has the meter running or settles a price beforehand as we got charged 35. But this was by all means the taxi driver. As the taxi returning, kindly ordered by Paolo did indeed come to 23.
So all in all a great host and a great stay for such a small price.
Thanks Paolo :)
Excellent accommodation in a cosy and quiet district of Rome near the centre. Great huge Park is five minutes from the house, authentic and inexpensive cafes and restaurants, nice locals, and smiling owner. Clean apartment (cleaned every day!). And yet delicious coffee, tea, yoghurt and other sweets always freely available. A great place to discover Rome!
The place of Paolo is just amazing. Clean, organized, comfortable, very well attended. Easy to find and to reach from public transportation. Absolutely recomended.
Paolo is a nice host. He gave us lots of nice tips about the city! The place was clean and quiet. Thanks and maybe see you soon !
