2 cosy comfortable double bedrooms available for 1-4 people in our 3 bedroom home which is situated in a peaceful tree lined cul de sac around a 25 minute walk to Dublin City Centre. Our Edwardian home is full of character with many of the original features such as fireplaces, detailed plasterwork and original wooden floorboards combined with all the modern comforts.
The area has lovely restaurants, bars, cafes and parks for you to enjoy and Dublin City Centre is approximately a 25 min walk or else there are buses every few minutes from right outside the house. It is also a 10 minute walk from the famous "Croke Park" Stadium. It is also ten minutes drive from Dublin Airport with the option of the air coach (up to every half hour) which leaves you right outside the house also.
Both rooms consist of extremely comfortable double beds and they face out on to the quiet south facing garden. We supply bath towels for guests to sue during their stay.
Relax in the sitting room with the open fire lit and watch satelite tv or a movie or cook yourself a nice meal to eat in the kitchen or the dining room or garden...weather permitting :) We love to cook so the kitchen has every cooking utensil you could wish for!
Free parking available right outside the house.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with free standing bath with separate shower, dining room, sitting room, kitchen and good sized garden. Wireless internet and satellite TV.

Guests have access of their bedroom, the back garden and kitchen if they would like to cook.
Interaction with Guests
Sometimes we are away while guests stay but if we are there we are happy to help out with any tips they might need.
Other Things to Note
We have a quiet chilled home so please respect that when you stay.
No smoking allowed in the house but you can smoke in the garden, ash trays provided.

Hi there... I'm Julia a 32 year old currently living and working in Dublin. I live with my partner Caroline in our 3 bed edwardian house in Dublin city which we bought almost 5 years ago. In our spare time we enjoy travelling, going to the gym, playing tennis, cooking, surfing and playing and listening to music.
