This is a modern 75sq.meters flat, which I own and in which I live permanently, and not a place I use to rent. Therefore, it is a clean, luxurious, perfectly well-taken care and fully equipped apartment. Perfectly located just 10 m. from Kifissias Avenue, where many buses pass by, and 20 min. dive from El.Venizelos National Airport. Also, it is situated just a few meters away from majors Athens Hospitals Ygeia, Mitera) and 10 min. walking distance from Halandri Square.

The space
The space:
This is a modern 75sq.meters flat, which I own and lived in permanently, and not a place I use to rent. Therefore, it is a clean, luxurious, perfectly well-taken care and fully equipped apartment. The building is new (6 years old) and built by a famous greek architect. It is very luminous, located on the 4th (top) floor. It has a beautiful veranda with flowers and dinner table, with an open space view at the famous Calatrava olympic stadium.
All guests tell me the place has a positive energy and makes them feel at home!
The style is elegant and modern, with luxurious furniture. Neighbors are quite and discreet.
Kitchen, bathroom and linen fully equipped. Inox kitchen electric equipment, beautiful china and linen. Breakfast basic stuff available for free.
Safety door.
Ideal for Business Travelers as it is close to biggest companies in Athens situated mostly at Northern Suburbs.
The whole apartment is at guests' disposal.

The Neighborhood is quite and safe, with a small park right across the street.
Chalandri is a residential snd trendy area 15min by car from the center of Athens and 10 min from Kifissia. The apartment is walking distance from the central square of the area, where all kinds of stores can be found: fresh fruits market, supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, international press, banks, tavernas, gourmet restaurants, bars and cafeterias. Chalandri is also one of the biggest shopping centers in Athens for clothes, shoes, accessories, cosmetics.
The apartment is also very close to two of the biggest malls in Athens: Mall and Golden Hall, as well as the Olympic Stadium and the Helexpo exhibition center.
Walking distance from two of the biggest hospitals in Athens and fertility hospitals.
2mim walk from Kifissias Av. one of the biggest in Athens. Very close to Attiki odos. Frequent and excellent transportation to all areas of Athens by bus, trolley and taxi is available in 2 min walking distance.
