  • The loft is located in a very nice area of Rome. It only takes you 10-15 min to get to Termini station, where you can change to buses or the tube. Fabio and Simona are very freindly hosts! There is a nice and clean kitchen, which is well-equipped and you can use the balcony outside for having breakfast in the sun :) The bathroom is quite small (and we didn't like the smell).
The loft is a nice place for visiting Rome!

  • The loft is truly romantic, cozy, and very cute. Simona and Fabio (I didn't get to meet Fabio personally, but my husband did) are very nice and were extremely helpful. The building itself is beautiful and we fell in love with the neighborhood. There is a great pizzeria nearby (slices sold by weight), bar, supermarket, as well as a small butchers shop that sells really good pre-seasoned chicken. The locals of the neighborhood were truly nice and were always trying to help out when we asked for directions/info. Termini is closeby but we always took the bus down to Piazza Venezia for the sights (Colosseum, Forum, etc). The pellet stove is amazing! When we left we felt truly sad for leaving such a great apartment. Hopefully we will be back one day.

  • Cute loft near the city center in a colorful district of embassies. Fabio is very friendly host. We felt like a Karlsson a bit. There`s a little cool in winter but there`s a wood heater. Bathroom is very small and we have to wait until the water warms up. It`s the only significant disadvantage. There`s a many transport, supermarkets and some cafe near the home

  • A great location, a comfortable warm stay. Perfect flat for a couple. Fabio and Simona were very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.

  • We never had the change to meet Simona, but Fabio was a gracious host to us. The little loft had all the romantic charm the photos perceived, and the only complaint we had was how rapidly the shower ran out of hot water. It filled up again after about 15 minutes, but only lasted about 5 minutes for us. We got used to it though and the closeness to the city center, and ease of the bus routes made it worth it. Also, there is a supermarket, bank and gelato shop in the same neighborhood. I would recommend staying in this loft!

  • Very romantic flat in a comfortable and well communicated area.

  • My wife and me were very pleased with decent hosts - grazie Fabio e Simona! :) We recommend these apartments for those looking good price/quality ration. In spite of the fact the flat is quite far from the center (~ 1 hour on foot to Venezia Piazza), it certainly has advantages - you have possibility to try out local kitchen (not adapted for tourists) with fantastic home made vine, also the prices in supermarket here is about 30% lower than in the Rome center etc. On the other hand - metrobus system works fine, so it just takes some additional travel time. As for the apartments - not to mention one oddity - drain pump operates quite loudly, don't be afraid hearing it first time when using water from the tap :):)

    Response from Simona E Fabio:

Well, the fact is that the city center of Rome is a big area and it all depends on specifically where in the city center you want to go ! For example, Termini station is in the city center and it takes a 20 minutes walk to get there. Anyway, with a 10-15 minutes bus ride you can reach every spot in the center, and that without having the noisy traffic bothering you at any time ! ;-)
    All the best Andrius !

  • We had a great stay at Simona and Fabio's apartment. It's very cosy and it has all the necessary appliances for a holiday stay.
The apartment is in a nice and safe area of the city. While not in the centre, it has good transport links.
The terrace is huge and it's a shame we couldn't enjoy it (we visited Rome in November) but it's definitely a plus for the summer.
The pizzeria near the flat recommended by Simona and Fabio is definitely worth trying. The starters are delicious and the pizza is amazing!

  • Simona and Fabio are really nice host and welcomed us warmly at our late arrival as well as our extra come back, when we needed to pick up the forgotten item. The flat is very cosy and the area is very nice to experience an off-touristic area of Rome. It still has good access to the city centre with several bus lines and we enjoyed the short stay in the lovely city. Thanks Simona and Fabio!
