Modern decor and new furniture with designer touches everywhere! This quiet downstairs apartment is at the end of a long gated driveway, completely private and fenced in. Large windows bring in plenty of sunlight while the grounds abound with artisan stonework, lush gardens, pond, waterfalls (April - November), 3 person hot tub (SOLELY for guests' use and kept running ALL year) and total privacy. Owner/Host usually on premises but minimal contact is preferred.

The space
Apartment grounds are completely fenced in for privacy and have beautifully maintained gardens surrounding the space. Many amenities have been provided including: complete kitchenware, cutlery, coffee maker, drinking water dispenser, towels and kids games.
