This trendy boutique studio condominium was recently remodeled in November of 2011 and is located one block from Waikiki's world famous beaches. I purchased this unit in April 2012 because this gem has it all, from a spacious dressing area to an abundance of storage space and more.
This retreat is equipped with a kitchenette and all cooking utensils and supplies to enjoy dining-in experiences, a space-saving wall-mounted cable tv and ottomans for additional seating and/or storage. The bathroom offers all new hardware and bath tub/shower with plenty of color-coordinated and decorative towels and cloths to pamper yourself.
The comfortable queen-sized bed with modern bedding, coordinating pillows and shams is positioned to enjoy mountain views from the interior of the unit as well as the balcony, while ocean views may be taken in from the front of the unit. Staying here will ensure you will be charmed by a serene sanctuary with guest comfort a priority!
Also on the property is a large self-service laundromat, Blue Hawaii Internet café (internet work stations, fax, scan, printing), convenience store, surf rental shop, activity desk. Parking is available for $16/day. The property is located just 1 short block from the world's most famous beach, where you can take in surfing, stand-up paddling, canoe surfing, body boarding, snorkel, catamaran rides or just sun bathe. Popular surf spots in front of the building include Publics, Queens Surf, Canoes, Pops and 3's. This is where everyone wants to be!
The nearby neighborhood includes popular Hy's Steak House, several major hotels and numerous large and small restaurants that cater to every nationality. A few blocks away you will find famous Kapiolani park and the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, golfing and many tennis courts. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Village. Bring your camera.
Transportation is readily available. Bus stops are located in front of the property, and you can circle the island from your backyard. Rental cars are not really necessary unless you want to spend a lot of time at a certain destination. Ala Moana Center and Convention Center are about 1 mile away, ride the bus or one of the many open air trolleys.
This is a secured building and all guests must register with Richard our building manager.

We stayed six nights at Brenda's place and had a great time! The location was quite perfect for our needs. The "strip" with a lot of shops, restaurants and bars (Kalakaua Ave), the beach (Waikiki), the zoo, the aquarium and much more was within walking distance (2-15 minutes). Even though the apartment is pretty much located in the center, it's kinda quiet despite the occasionally occurring noise of the streets. The apartment itself was clean, neatly furnished and decorated. Parking can best be done at the Waikiki Banyan for $15/24h. All in all, a great place to stay and highly recommended. Aloha!
This condo/apartment was perfect for what my partner and I needed for our trip. The place was as described, and looks just like the pictures provided. It was SUPER close to the beach, and there's plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. Brenda was a wonderful host and was very responsive to my questions, and was very accommodating when we arrived a little earlier than expected.
I really enjoy my stay at brenda's apartment the location was great literally a couple blocks from the beach and tons of stores and restaurants. .The only downside was that i only stayed for a couple of days
This was a great location and the space was just as advertised. We were really 2.5 blocks from Waikiki. The street noise was a little heavy in the early Monday morning but as east coast folks, we were already awake. The room was clean with plenty of storage space for our clothes. Unpacking makes a stay even easier. I would definitely visit again.
This was our first airbnb experience and it was as promised.

We stayed first 3 nights of our Hawaii vacations at Brenda's apartment (after this, we left for the Big Island). The apartment is clean and cozy, the location is awesome, food store is in the tower, vegetarian cafes are nearby.
I recommend this place!
Excellent location! Very nicely appointed and we would recommend this for anyone who wants to be in Waikiki.
I had a lot of fun in Waikiki. The apartment it's in a very good location. Brenda was always at our disposal for any questions and she gave us pretty good tips where to go etc
This was a great place to stay and Brenda was very easy to deal with. I would recommend this if you want to stay in Waikiki and don't want to spend a fortune on hotels.
Excellent location! It's a great place for one or two people who are wanting to explore the city and want a clean, safe environment to come to every night. Location is great!
Great location, easy check-in, very clean. It's an hotel-like room, so I'd recommend it for short stays. The kitchen is very small, good for having a coffee but not for a real meal.
