The space
Beautifully clean apartment in the heart of Bradford City Centre, with a cosy home from home feel.

The place is really Homely, Cosy and Clean. All furniture is brand new and no expense has been spared to make sure your stay is the best it can be! The mattress has 4000 spring pockets and is super comfortable and all the linen is 100% Egyptian cotton. we also have a Bluetooth speaker for music and a smart TV.

You will enter the main door via a key pad and code. Your key will be waiting in a lock box for you outside the apartment.

Other things to note
Please know that a £70 refundable security deposit is required prior to receiving the check-in details.

Access instructions will be sent to you one day prior to your arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a residential building and we operate quiet hors between 10pm & 8am.

We politely ask you respect the neighbours and Tv's and noise is an acceptable level.

Consistent disturbance to neighbouring properties during these hours, could result in a termination of your stay.
