The house can comfortably accommodate a maximum of five (5) guests, who are comfortable sharing an open sociable living environment - (1) queen bed, (2) twin (bunk) bed, (1) full sleeper sofa.

The raised vaulted ceiling creates an open living environment. The downstairs floor is the original Dade County Pine. All window, door, and floor trim is turn of the century style.

The house has a secured wi-fi network, (1) Sony 26" HDTV, (1) Samsung 26" HDTV, Panasonic CD/AM/FM player. The house has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a stacked LG washer and dryer. There is a stainless steel propane barbecue located on the pool deck.

There is a full kitchen (all cooking and eating utensils), black granite counter tops, oak cabinets, stainless steel refrigerator and stainless steel gas range. There is also a small living room, with a full sleeper sofa, and a Sony 26" flat screen HDTV . A small bedroom located between the kitchen and the living room has a queen bed.
