If I'm not at home, I'm usually always available on-line and will answer emails within 24hrs. I can also be reached on my cell phone via phone call or text message.
I make a point to answer all questions a guest may have before their arrival to ensure a smooth and relaxing check-in experience. Naturally, I'm equally available during a guest's stay. While I've spent a great deal of time organizing my condo and making my listing as descriptive as possible, I understand that some things are just not clear until the guest has checked in and is seeing the unit for the first time.
One of my favorite things about living in my condo is how accessible everything is to me, I'm truly spoiled for this reason alone!
I have hosted over 30 guests and every single guest agrees that the location is what makes my unit so special.
For example, the Harvard campus is a five-minute walk away And in less than seven minutes you can walk to the Harvard Sq. T (subway), the best bars & restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shopping, etc. From there you can take a stroll along the famous Charles River or hop on the Red-line and be in downtown Boston in just 10 min. Visit my guidebook for my favorite places to go to!
• T (subway) & Bus Station
• Harvard Square
• Harvard University
• Charles River
• Cambridge Common Park with Playground for Kids
• 24 Hour Market
• Tons of Bars, Restaurants, & Shops
• Harvard Coop Bookstore
• Daily Events in Harvard Sq (go to (website hidden) for more information)
• Mount Auburn Hospital
• Harvard Square Police Station
For guests interested in driving here, no worries! I have a visitors parking permit that grants you access to park on the street in front of the building or close by. (Yes, parking is included!)
There is a bus stop in either direction on Concord Ave that you can walk to in three minutes.
The nearest T is in Harvard Sq which is a seven minute walk away.
My eclectic and charming condo is on the second floor in a historic building. It was built in the 1920's and does not include an elevator. To get to the second floor or the basement (for laundry access) you can take the stairs. The unit has been remodeled recently, which is hard to find in such a unique historic building. The remodeled kitchen has all the basic essentials for a starting chef.

Super awesome. Azzitta was a friendly and gracious hostess. The stay was delightful. Thoroughly fabulous! Her apartment was clean and well lit. I will try to stay with Azzitta if I need a place in Cambridge again. Azzitta made great local lunch, dinner, and drinks recommendations. She was highly responsive to inquiries and requests, and was able to process my reservation less than 24 hours before check in.
Nice peaceful apartment. Very clean. Area is safe to and from Harvard station. Wonderful art work decorates the living room. 10 min walk to Harvard station. Azzitta was nice and friendly. I would stay again.
Staying with Azzitta was a great experience. She was a very good and welcoming host and always ready to do anything to make me feel at home. The apartment was very clean and very nice, and extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend that anyone wanting to stay a five minute walk from Harvard consider staying with Azzitta.
I had a great time staying with Azzitta in Cambridge. I had a pretty packed weekend scheduled so didn't have as much time to chat with Azzitta as I would have liked, but she was hospitable and very welcoming. When I was looking for places to stay, I was a bit dismayed with the price given that it isn't a private room, but I found it to be well worth it. The apartment is beautiful, really conveniently located, and I had access to closet/shelf/etc so could really settle in. I would definitely return if I come through the Boston area again!
Azzitta was a wonderful host. The apartment was very clean and quite nicely decorated (and the couch was really comfortable!). Its also a perfect location for visits to Harvard Square or access to the Red Line. She even allowed me to take over her television every night to watch baseball! All in all a great experience that I would highly recommend.
I had a terrific stay at Azzitta's flat near Harvard Square. When I arrived, Azzitta left her own birthday party to meet me and personally escort me into her place and show me around and make sure I became comfortable. Her place is a small/medium flat with tasteful decor and a very comfy couch. I liked the couch even more than the airbed which was a surprise. Azzitta gave me sundries for the bathroom shower and let me use her towel just like a little hotel, and also made the kitchen available to me. The flat is just 6 minutes walk to Harvard Medical buildings, and about 10 minutes walk to Harvard Square which I found to be very convenient. There is an air conditioner in the living room (where I stayed) which was a big help with the hot muggy summer weather. Azzitta made herself available for questions about where to eat and help with directions, and even took me out in Boston one of the nights and showed me around a bit. I found Azzitta to be a welcoming and attentive host, and would totally stay there again. Thanks Azzitta!
Azzitta was an excellent host for us for 9 days in July. It was extremely kind of her to accept us at the very last moment (our first arrangement was cancelled only 3 days before our trip), so she is very reliable and you know you can count on her.
We were given a whole living room with a comfy couch and an air bed. She let us use her kitchen and bathroom. She also supplied us with toiletries and gave us our own keys to walk in and out whenever we needed to.
As we were very busy and were gone for a whole day, it felt so nice to have a beautiful and comfortable place to come home to and have a good night sleep.
Thank you, Azzitta and Alex!
There are not enough words to describe just how sweet and attentive Azzitta was during my stay. I had a reservation booked with another host who canceled just three days before my trip. I was anxious and frustrated but Azzitta quickly replied and I was all set. Her place is just like the photos... Gorgeous! I chose the couch which was comfortable. It was a short walk to Harvard Square and the T which made it easy to get around. She was kind enough to prepare a yummy breakfast on my last day. And if she ever offers you a pickle... say YES! I hate pickles and that was a great pickle Azzitta!!
The apartment is beautiful, and very much reflects the personalities of the two easy-going, thoughtful hosts. Azzitta's photography is really cool, and decorates several of the walls of your larger space in the relatively private living room, with windows out on a quiet, leafy back yard, and easy access to both bath and kitchen. Nothing else I've found on airbnb competes with the location, which puts you a 6 or 8 minute walk from Harvard Square, and is easy to get to on foot or by public transit. And you're provided a little kit of amenities as if you were flying business class!
This was my first expereience using airbnb and I could not be happier! Azzitta and Alex are a lovely couple and generous hosts! Not only did they offer advice as I hunted high and low for an apartment in Boston but they helped me celebrate my success! Besides being awesome people their apartment is adorable (and extremely clean) as well as ideally located even for those without a car. Using airbnb turned out to be a great decision based on that fact that I made new wonderful friends alone! You would be hard pressed to find someone who would not enjoy staying with Azzitta and Alex, they're lovely!
