Front of house - living room with love seat and two chairs, plus a flat panel HDTV with built-in DVD, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Bath has tub/shower combo, toilet, vanity.
Both bedrooms in the front are spacious with large windows. Queen bed in one, Full bed in the second. Ceiling fans in both.
Back of house - large living room with full-size sofa and loveseat, HDTV/cable, dining area, large master bedroom and master bath in the back of the house. The galley kitchen is at the center of the home. The kitchen can be closed off from the front of the house via the pocket door, and from the rear of the house via the double French doors.
The large master has a king bed, two large dressers and large closet and sliding patio door to the backyard.
The back bath can be entered without going through the master bedroom and has a vanity, sink, toilet and walk-in tile shower.
Dolphin House has a separate laundry/office with large capacity Maytag washer and dryers and table with PC.
Kitchen - full-size range, dishwasher, microwave and full-size refrigerator.
Enjoy breakfast outside on the covered patio with cushioned wicker seating or the large dining table on the patio. All towels are provided, as well as bed linens, pillows and blankets.
The neighborhood is fantastically funky & artsy and perfect for walking and enjoying excellent restaurants. The house is thoughtfully furnished - please see below or email us for the complete list of kitchen gadgets and appliances you will find inside!
The covered rear porch has all-weather-wicker seating and a gas grill. The paved patio area has a large glass and patio table that comfortably seats six. Tropical full landscaping with lighting
and paved walkways.
Sleeping up to 6, the house is perfect for larger families and groups of couples.

Close to Stetson and Eckerd Colleges.

Other useful information:
The closest beach is a 5-minute walk away. There is a fishing pier 1 1/2 blocks down the street and then you're at the restaurants and waterfront area. Two parking spots are available in the driveway and street parking is also available. No worries about parking during special events such as 4th of July Fireworks which you'll be able to watch from the comfort of the front yard.
A car isn't required but it is recommended.
The house may be wheelchair accessible but you will need your own ramp.
Pets are allowed for additional fees. Must be over 1 year old, housebroken, not extremely large and not aggressive personalities. All pets are subject to prior approval.

Fantastically funky artsy beach neighborhood, perfect for walking, biking and enjoying excellent restaurants. Walk to the beach, to the Gulfport Casino, waterfront restaurants, Gulfport's quirky shops, the library and the theater. Excellent restaurants for all tastes and budgets, some earning "best of the bay" awards. Live music many nights of the week.
Yes, but a car is recommend to fully experience the surrounding areas.

PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL TIME-SENSITIVE REQUESTS VIA THE AIRBNB INTERFACE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!
We now have Glad To Have You, a guest portal that provides detailed rental logistics prior to your trip. Get all the details such as WiFi passwords, check-in and out info, instructions for AV equipment and nearby activities.
Gulfport does not have curbside recycling of glass, so please do not place it in any of the recycle containers. There is a place you can take it about a mile from the house, but you are under no obligation to do so. If you don't want to take glass to the disposal site, please just place it in the regular trash.
This is a NON SMOKING property.
You will receive an email approximately two weeks prior to arrival with your code and other information about your arrival and the home!
PETS - PETS are permitted in the property only with prior approval and payment of additional fees.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons. An additional charge or $10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to six (6) will be assessed and must be arranged for, and paid, in advance. Any guests in excess of the maximum number of guests specified above, for any reason or for any length of time, MUST have our written permission. Having parties in our home or anywhere else on the property is forbidden. No RVs or campers may be used anywhere on the property. Violation of this provision will cause forfeiture of your entire security deposit.
MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a three (3) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
• The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
• A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
o Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
o Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
o Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
