A place to slow down, have breakfast on the porch, enjoy the pool in summer, and gaze at the stars. From the property you can see the Mediterranean, Sierra Nevada and the Los Guájares Valley.

Casa Avocado is located in the heart of nature, on a 2,377 m² estate with organic crops and no immediate neighbors. It combines the simplicity of an Andalusian country house with handcrafted, contemporary decor, where you will also find original textile pieces.
The home is specially designed for couples, nature lovers or those who need a few days of calm, reading and disconnection.
The house has:
• Bedroom with double bed.
• Complete bathroom with a Shower.
• Equipped kitchen.
• Living-dining room with fireplace.
• Two covered terraces with views.
• Private outdoor pool during July and August.
• Outdoor spaces and parking within the property.
The house runs on solar power, so we appreciate responsible use of electricity.
There is no TV or WiFi. If you need to connect, you can use your cell phone data, depending on the coverage available.
Here you can wake up surrounded by silence, walk around the farm, gaze at the mountains, and enjoy a night sky with very little light pollution.
Guest access
The house, the terraces and the property are exclusively for guests. There are no shared spaces or immediate neighbors, so you will enjoy complete privacy during your stay.

Casa Avocado is located in a rural and secluded setting, about 5 km from Guájar Faragüit.
Most of the road is paved or in good condition. The last 700 meters are uphill and run along a somewhat narrower and more uneven dirt lane. In dry conditions, it can be accessed with a conventional passenger car, although we recommend driving slowly and, if possible, using a vehicle with a certain height.
It is preferable to arrive for the first time during daylight hours.
If it has rained recently, the clayey ground may be slippery. In that case, we recommend leaving the car at the start of the last stretch and walking the remaining 700 meters.
The private outdoor pool is available exclusively during July and August.
As this is a self-sufficient home powered by solar energy, we ask that you avoid the simultaneous use of high-consumption appliances.
