A common area with wifi that’s well-suited for working.
A little piece of paradise located between the Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach piers. Two houses from the beach and walking distance to local favorite breakfast and dinner spots. The apartment is 550 square feet, has 2 flatscreen TVs, WiFi, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and cooler. The space has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. The apartment is on the same property as our home but is a separate, private apartment.

The space
This is a 1930’s beach cottage apartment. It has been modernized and upgraded but maintains much of the charm associated with the original beach homes in this area. It lives larger than the 550 square feet due to its open concept. You will be living like a local when you stay here.

Guest access
You have use of the parking area under the apartment stairs/entrance and the outdoor laundry dedicated to the apartment. The BBQ is located in this area.

Other things to note
Primary parking is street parking with a 24 hour pass.
