The newly renovated (2020), modern apartment (60qm) is located in Sulzberg directly at the Sulzberg lake. The apartment has a wonderful lake and mountain view.
The vacation rental is situated next to a lake which has a hike path around the lake (8,2 km). You can go for a swim, rent a pedal boat or enjoy the breathtaking view from the beer garden.
Please be aware that the community Sulzberg charges a tourist tax which needs to be paid locally!
The space
The premium apartment is newly renovated (2020), modern and chic. It is in the perfect location to relax, recharge your batteries and just feel comfortable all around, no matter if you stay here in summer or wintertime!
The fully equipped apartment is on the first floor (no elevator) and has a south facing balcony, which offers a lovely view over the lake and the mountains.
In the bedroom you will find a very comfortable double bed (1.80x2m) as well as a generous wardrobe. The living room has a cozy sofa bed (1.40x2m), Smart-TV, Wifi and dining area for 4.
The kitchen has all necessary mod cons you will need, such as fridge, dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob as well as oven, a coffee machine (Senseo- pad system) and kettle. Additionally we provide salt, pepper, sugar and oil.
In the bathroom you will not only find a rain shower but also the washing machine.
There is a dedicated parking space which belongs to the apartment and there are also several spaces available for visitors. If you like, you can also use the room with bike racks in the basement for your bike.
Close by you will find shopping possibilities, restaurants and several different outdoor activities for summer and winter.
Our vacation property and the neighborhood are dog friendly. If you are travelling with your dog (max. 2), please make sure to bring everything he/she needs.
Please be aware that the community Sulzberg is charging a tourist tax which is not included in the price payed via Airbnb. The fee needs to be paid in cash during your stay!
