This recently fully renovated and furnished 1960's 3 bedroom family home is in the perfect location for a family getaway or mid week business trip.
Its a quick 2 minute, 190m walk to the start of the CBD with access virtually on your doorstep to coffee shops, pubs and restaurants.
Supermarket Coles is a short easy 350m walk while Aldi is 450m.
The property is a double block with plenty of on site parking located via the back entrance which is opposite a local gym.

The space
Complete with all the comforts you need to have an enjoyable break, from relaxing on the front porch to cooking a family meal in the fully self contained kitchen.

The property features 3 comfortable and private bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and queen beds, sleeping up to 6 people. The master bedroom is grand in size and features a space for the mid week office worker complete with desk, chair and overhead light whilst the other 2 rooms have a small stool and built in desk.

The large double block yard is fully fenced with plenty off street car space available in the back yard.
