I rent my lovely and big flat in Strasbourg city center. Very bright, this 538 squares feet apartment is located in the heart of Strasbourg, just 50 meters from the Cathedral Notre Dame de Strasbourg.
It is located on the first floor of a small and typical building of 3 floors (no lift)
The apartment consists of a living room and two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed. The apartment is ideal for 3 people or 4 people with the ability to add a mattress on the floor.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a washing machine and everything you will need to cook nice meals.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The toilets are separated.
The apartment is very suitable for a family for a weekend or for a longer stay.
You are 5 minutes away by foot from "La Petite France" district, the most popular district in Strasbourg with its canals and beautiful half-timbered houses. This area is classified as World Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO since 1988.
The TGV (train station) is 15 minutes away by foot from the apartment and just 3 stops by tram. Near Tram / Commodities / Place Kléber.
I hope to see you soon !
Great appartment and friendly host. We travelled with a 1-year old child, and we were positively surprised to discover all the toys and teddybears in the junior room! The blue seahorse was the favourite ;-)
And we should not forget to mention the beautiful amplifier and loudspeakers!! Any music lover should choose this place.
All Julien's stuff which was in the appt gave the place a very personal feel. If you want it tidy, find some other place; if you want it cosy, choose this one. Nice and lively neighborhood, too.
We had a really good stay at Juliens apartment! We can recommend to live here during your visit in Strasbourg. It's in the heart of the city, just a few meters of the cathedral. Julien even was so pleasant to lend us a baby bed for our baby. Our baby appreciated it a lot! ;)
Nice apt, in the heart of Strasbourg,
all essentials and comfortable and homy feeling.
We had a great stay in Julien's apartment over Valentines weekend. It was the perfect size and location for an enlightening weekend in this fabulous city. We felt at home straight away by Julien and his apartment. We made the most of his vinyl collection (Bob Dylan!!), and cooked simple meals when we weren't making the most of Strasbourg's great variety of restaurants.
It is very central to the city, and is a perfect base for exploring the city on foot. Most points of interest are within a 1 (the Cathedral) to 10 (The Hospital Wine Cellar) minute walk away. We didn't need the tram at all, though we did use it once just to say we had.
Although the kitchen is a little small if you intend to do lots of self catering, it is fine for cooking small meals. There is a fish monger on the same street, several good bakeries / patisseries on the parallel street (try Westermanns for great bread and the other small bakery for the best beignets in town!), and a supermarket about 4 minutes walk away near Place Kleber.
The apartment was clean, tidy, homely, and perfect for couples. Julien checked in by text to make sure we were OK halfway through our stay, which was nice. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely recommend!
Julien has a very nice appartment. Conveniently located, clean and spacious, it had everything I needed. Wifi worked great as well, which is always a plus...
Great apartment, superb location. Julien's place is right in the heart of Strasbourg and an easy walk to everything you could need. There's plenty of space and the place has great heating if you're there in winter. The street was being beautifully decorated for Xmas when we were there and the Xmas markets are very close. Julien was always easy to get hold of via email and his friend let us into the apartment with no troubles. Definitely recommended.
First of all, the apartment is located right in the middle of the city center, yet it is not noisy as it is around a quiet corner. The apartment itself is very warm and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay here. However the only minor problem we had is we're running out of hot water for 2 straight nights roughly after 9pm. Probably we've finished the hot water in the tank or there's some problems on the heater during out stay. Otherwise it is really the place you want to be in Strasbourg!
This apartment was a great deal as it was more than reasonably priced for its central location. The apartment is fun and spacious and clean.
Julien was a wonderful host and let us leave our suitcases at his place, allowing us to have a bike adventure to Molsheim, where we spent the night. We then picked up our suitcases the next day.
This was a great find in Strasbourg!
