Susie is a great home owner. She has PDF guides for every single detail :) Every question that we are going to ask to her was written on the guides already. We contacted with her very few times during our one week stay. If you want to cook, house has all stuff already. Neighbourhood and especially location was great. It was very near to bus stop and H.E.B. grocery. And if you like walking, we walked downtown couple times and it wasn't tiring at all. Thank you Susie for everything!
Susie is AWESOME. She was very helpful in providing information before the booking and also very reachable at all stages of the process - before moving in, while we lived there, and as we moved out. Whatever we needed, Susie had a solution for and was always willing to help out in any way possible. Though she wasn't even in Austin, I felt like she was with all the help she provided. The apartment was also great and it definitely didn't disappoint. When it says "Walkable living in hip Soco!", the description doesn't lie! My roommate and I didn't have a car and were able to get everything we needed just from walking and busing. I really felt like I was at home. If I'm ever in Austin again temporarily this will be my go to place. If you're in Austin for more than a month, I would HIGHLY recommend Susie's place! Couldn't have had a better experience.
Susie has a great place and convenient location. She is well organized and very thorough when giving instructions for the rental process. We will definitely be using her place again in the future. It was a pleasure dealing with her and I would highly recommend her place if you need an awesome place to stay in Austin, TX.
The place was immaculate, the hosts friendly and accommodating Love the neighborhood and location..
My partner and I spend time between San Francisco, Austin, and traveling for work and pleasure. We love home and love travel...it's the best of both worlds!
I use airbnb extensively, both as a host and as a guest. I love the opportunities it provides for affordable travel and meeting locals, and making some extra dough sharing a place you love.
