Lifen and Dan are the perfect hosts!
They are very welcoming and nice, and at the same time they leave you alone for some privacy. Their house is located in quiet Coventry, right by the lake, and have a big garden with a nice and big hammock. We did not have any big plans arriving there, and ended up staying around the house/garden and going for a jog nearby several of the days we were there. This is the perfect place for some relaxing after busy days in the big cities close by. The room and bathrooms were clean and aircon/fans make the temperature easy to regulate. Lifen and Dan has also made a good list for different recommendations regarding supermarkets, restaurants, trips to other places and nearby activities.
Best regards, Henrik and Birgit (Norway)
I love the place, clean & quite. Lifen and Dan are so nice to us. We had a great time together. Also - It takes around 30 minutes to drive to the southest point or to new port - very convenient.
We stayed with Lifen and Dan for a weekend getaway from New York and had an amazing time. They were wonderful hosts and gave us very helpful recommendations, both for Newport (where we spent a day walking in town and seeing the mansions on the Cliff Walk) and for the Coventry area (where we went canoeing, swimming, and took a great bike ride). The house was beautiful and it was wonderful to start the day with breakfast on their deck with a lake view.
Lifen and Dan were warm, friendly and generous hosts. Their home is beautiful and cozy. The garden is remarkable- just gorgeous- and we even got to try some homemade bread - amazing! Thank you!
This was our first air bnb experience and they have definitely set the bar high for our expectations in the future. Their place is amazing, so peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views of the lake. The room was beautiful and clean, the bed extremely comfortable. Lifen's kitchen was by far the star of the house. We were there for an intensive 5 day (PICP poliquin) course so being able to cook our meals everyday was really important and she has everything in her kitchen you could possibly need or imagine. Lifen and Dan
showed us such warm hospitality and genuine generosity, they made us feel like we were family and went far above and beyond hosting duties. We have some great memories of hanging out with them and other guests at the end of the day. They are a wealth of knowledge in regards to local sights, activities and restaurants, which makes exploring Rhode Island easy. Thanks so much for making our experience to Rhode Island so amazing. We will recommend you guys to everyone and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else if we are in Rhode Island again.
Lifen and Dan were very welcoming and accommodating hosts in their quaint peaceful home. They gave us great dinner recommendations. We ended up eating in Besos Kitchen, which had amazing food thanks to Lifen. They lent us their canoe and bikes; they even set up a bonfire for us. Definitely go during the summer time or late spring to see their garden fully bloomed. Great stay! Would recommend to others :]
I had a great time staying in Lifen and Dan home. The room was clean and well equipped and so was the kitchen, bathroom and dining room. The view from the window was fantastic and the yard and the veranda were extremely pleasant to relax in. Lifen and Dan are very nice and generous and they really make you feel at home. I highly recommend this place.
