Interaction with Guests
All my guests will find in their room a paper with all the informations about how and where to go around Rome, the pass word for the WiFi and informations about the breakfast time. My suggestions about restaurants and shopping areas. J live in the B&B so my guests can always count on me for any of their needs!
The area is very quite and very safe, very good sleeping quality but in the same time in few minutes you get to the walking area where are all the main sites!
From the B&B the fastes way to move around is to take the metro and in 5 minutes you are at Piazza del Popolo where evething starts! J have a parking area for free at my guests disposable.
From the airoport Fiumicino or Ciampino you can take a Shuttle or Terravision Bus to Termini Station and then you can either take a taxi at the rate of 11/15€ or take the bus 910 to Via Antonelli,
get off at 2° stop where is Via Allioni and in few minutes you're at Via A. Serpieri,7 where we are!
Is not allowed to smoke in the rooms but you have a beautiful garden for this and if you respect the others so you can pretend to be respected yorself!
Rita made us feel very welcome on arrival. She showed us to our room and told us how everything worked. It was a nice touch that there were sweets and a large bottle of water in the room. There was also tea & coffee available outside the room along with a fridge to store drinks in.
The photos listed by Rita are exactly how the B&B look. The room we stayed in was the Venice room which was grand with sliding doors leading to the garden where she keeps a pet tortoise. The bathroom was big and had plenty of towels. There was a nice dining room to have breakfast in. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable there.
The neighbourhood itself felt upmarket and safe. We returned to the B&B late at night and felt perfectly safe walking back to the B&B. It is also close to a strip of restaurants which served local authentic Italian food and only 5 minutes walk to the local Metro stop.
Rita made us very welcome in her lovely home and garden. The fabulous holiday being a gift from our family to see the Mille Miglie historic cars arrive in Rome.
We have had a most luxurious stay in Rome at B&B Parioli Garden made all the more wonderful from the care and attention of our hostess Rita Conti.
Rita not only made us very welcome in her beautiful home but has a complete knowledge of the city and environs with suggestions for discovering Rome, tourist destinations and local Roman cuisine. The location of the Parioli Garden is in the very safe ‘Embassy Area’ to the north of Rome and is close to the magnificent Ville Borghese and surrounding gardens.
Parioli Garden is accessible via public transport or a short cab ride from the main tourist attractions many of which are within walking distance. Our room was spacious with direct access to a sunny, relaxing terrace garden – including resident cat and live-in tortoises. Whether for business or pleasure we simply cannot recommend Rita’s residence or hospitality more highly.
Thank you Rita for your warm hospitality and kindness.

Rita is very kind and helpfull. She tells you all the good tips of visiting Rome.
Her B&B is really nice. Rooms are good furnitured and clean. It's in a nice neighbouhood, 10 minuts walk from the metro. The metro has a good connection to the beautiful city. And than walk, walk walk.....
Rome is awesome. Behind every corner there is another beautiful thing to see. Really amazing.
Try to lunch or diner in the restaurant round the corner of the B&B. Good Italian food.
We stay for four days, but that is by far to short to exploire the city.
I recommend Rita's garden in the heart of Rome
A tres vite!
Thank you Rita for being such a wonderful and caring host! I feel absolutely loved.
I was sick on the day I arrived, and Rita not only took care of everything I needed, she also went out of the way to offer me help! She even made us a very appetizing simple dinner (at a small fee) when I said I'm too sick to stay out for dinner.
The room is beautifully decorated, just as the pictures look. Roman and romantic. It is a convenient 5-minute walk from the nearest station, and has free parking just below the garden. The garden will be a great place to chill out at in spring, summer and autumn, unfortunately we were there in winter and I was sick. We love that there is a small elevator that brings our luggage right from the parking area to the kitchen! There are also many helpful guidebooks, and Rita would even help you find tours!
Lastly, the private bathroom is big and well-stocked with everything that we need. Water is great, wifi signal is consistent. Nothing to complain really.
Oh, expect a soft bed, which may be a little shaky if you are too heavyweight and/or violent.
Rita was a lovely host, and her passion for and knowledge of Rome made our visit there truly memorable. Not only that, but Rita's airBNB accommodation was comfortable, and close to the sights in this beautiful city.
We will be back to explore more of Rome, and our first request will be to Rita to book her rooms again.
